Performing a VTM loading where? On your online account?
I used that card on Paypal, and Paypal wont accept it until it's activated, so that's how I knew.

i had the same problem,u need to register it as a payee first once its registered u can transfer funds immediately,open the payment tab and you ll see register payee.

Yup. i DID add it / register it as a payee...Was successful.
But there is another tab called "VTM Card Information" and under it is the option to do VTM loading.
What am I doing wrong then?
How do I get to load money on the card from my debit account??

Called the credit card hotline the following day and was told it wasnt activated.
Went back to the bank, and another teller confirmed that it wasnt. Asked if i put money on it the first time, which I said no because the teller who had signed me up indicated that it couldve been done online.
Credit card up and running now.

Hi there, I don't know if this post is still active, but hopefully it is. My concern is today, I dropped off form to get the online banking, while there the attendant told me that the card accepts only US dollars upon loading, what I'd like to know if when I gain access to the online use, can I transfer TT dollars into the card, as my republic account is only in TT, OR do I have to create a separate US account with US dollars only for the card?

you can transfer money from your tt account into the card. It is converted upon being loaded.
