A NIGERIAN national is expected to appear before an Arima magistrate on Monday after he excreted 47 pellets of cocaine at the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, Mount Hope, one week after he was detained by officers of the Organised Crime, Narcotics and Firearms Bureau (OCNFB) at Piarco International Airport.
According to police reports, last Saturday, Anthony Okloria, 38, was about to board flight BA 2158 to Gatwick, London, when officers noticed he was acting in a suspicious manner.
Okloria, of Manchesta, Nigeria, was taken aside for questioning after which the officers decided to send him to the health institution for examination.
After doctors performed an X-ray it was revealed several foreign objects were lodged in his stomach, police said.
He was kept under police guard until he excreted the cocaine, which weighed a total of 860.9 grammes and carried an estimated street value of $350,000.
He was formally charged for the offence following his discharge from hospital.
Dem fellas does really take some chance yes.

Sucks to work OCNU, you have to put on gloves and dig through the person's sheit collecting all parcels and bagging them in evidence bags.
