Sometimes they has a back up with lifeguards and medical people on board

The AW139s are airborne. Just departed Piarco in formation heading west for QPS.

Saw them make a circle around the port and headed off westerly.

Photos from the activities today. Was unprepared for this so its the best i cud do at the time. First there's the 2 AW139's in formation lift off, then the SW4's and then the AW139's on approach doing formation touch and go's. Enjoy.

^^^The AW139s and C26s were doing rehearsals for ID31.

I wasn't prepared either. Left my camera at home. Steups!

yeah i figured as much. they did about 4 touch and go's. but it was an amazing display of coordination. when cleared for take off they both lifted off to about 10 feet and then at the same time they just shot forward. was nice to see. i expect the parade will have some nice display of airmanship.

i hope them 139's don't loose a tail rotor blade for the parade tom... i staying home and hiding...

SAUTT flight of 4 headed west to QPS to take up surveillance role until its time for the grand flyby.

The close formation flight looked great! Viper 1 in the lead.

Haven't seen the AW139s yet.

Update: AW139 airborne and on route to QPS. This is the first public showing of these birds. SHould be great!
