ey sharkman, how de tank going. well i finally start to get ah whole lot of coraline algae growing in my 2 tanks along with my 2 concrete tubs where i have my rocks for my big tank. ah in my gee rite now

D GROUPER IS BOUT 10 IN AND D SHARK BOUT 20 IN
BOTH EAT SHRIMP FISH SQUID AND PELLETS

lol.................. got a product from raj that i use about once a mth that kills the cyno and unwanted algae in 2-3 days. works real good.

yup, thats it. chemiclean. works real good. you put one drop/gal, run an airstone with air for 48 hrs and then replace approx 20% of water after. prior to application you have to shut off skimmer and remove charcoal. within the first few hrs, you literally see the cyno and some brown algae drying up. Raj have it for $75

Yep, might be finishing my fence and yard soon so i want to have like a small pond with mostly Kois......not sure if to put it down below mud level or block up about 4 block heightfrom floor, looking at size around 6ft x 10ft with some nice fountain or something like that.

u shud go below ground, it will keep the temp lower and it looks alot better imo...

Agreed....i did a small water feature below ground it just looks better....

Sting Ray update: He's eating now, i hand fed him last night...like he literally came up to my hand and ate the shrimp from my fingers...im wondering if i shud stuff the shrimp with anything though, to bolster nutrition.

Also where can i buy carbon, like the carbon used in those filter bags...without actually buying a whole bunch of filter bags?! i wana make up a temporary filter! I find sponge difficult to clean after....
