Windows Live Messenger Issue .. help

System uses windows 7 and windows live messenger 2011. This issue is that i receiving instant msgs but the recipients or not receiving mine. Any help

Uninstall, then reinstall again.

If that doesn't work, revert to an older version.

i tried reinstalling abt 5 times... even repairing so just switched to ebuddy.. but still want it to work
