yup, you guys are right.
however try telling your mother and little sister to stay away from the malls.
bloody teenagers and malls
I'm sorry but i stopped going to trincity mall a while now just because of my past cars were nissans and i believe pick-ups are the new craze.
the way i look at it, the mall has no performance shops; so there is no reason i should be there.

still looking though,

nope
ever try stealing a newer euro?
even if you manage to get my engine started, the transmission will not engage because (a) the key / remote did not unlock the door and (b) the key did not turn the ignition switch......it won't respond to a hotwire either......plus the factory alarm will shut the whole system down in any event, because once you forcibly enter the car, the interior motion sensor will trip...........heck if I lock you in the car with the remote, you cannot even unlock the car from inside......none of the door locks will respond from inside...the owner's manual warns against locking people in the car for this reason........they will be trapped
I not saying you can't steal my car, but car thieves typically look for easy targets.........and euros just not worth the trouble

meh
I rather drive my 7 year old euro that's worth 44% of what it was sold for than spend my time arguing with the insurance company over the value of my high resale japanese car that was just stolen.........
I have a Corolla and a Mazda pickup that are so damn limited in terms of liming optins because we always worrying about them getting them stolen.........no such issue with the euros........I park either of them in the mall and never worry about them...........I just make sure there's nothing in them worth breaking the glass for

I agree...i clear the seats and make sure nothing there worth breaking my glass to take.
When i go to any public event i do not have to worry where I park my car in terms of it being stolen...
trus me...bandit eh have no time to be stickin with the drama associated with teefin a euro...
when las i ask u see a post here about a man lorse he new Octavia??

i don't mind the resale..you see...the more people run down a Japanese and give it its high resale value..the more dem bandits run after it and run away from my euro...

arouca police and the guy who owns the blue land crusier that wrecking for them are linked to most of the car thefts from the mall.

truth is; that same guy was at the mall when the car went missing; heck he even was talking to the security right after we spoke to them. then when we arrived at the station to make the report
guess who arrived right behind us....................yup that's right the guy with the wrecker. and no his car was not stolen.

correct, BUT u walking into a the beetham dump at 1 am increases the probability of ur underwear getting swiped by the crack piper who need clothes

and pulling up with ANYTHING in trinicity car park increases that possibility because they know the run free and rule things there...its really not far fetched

moti it really sucks , noone should have to go through this....

try drving all over where there are public car parks....if u have a extra key with remote ...keep hittin the panic button when u are searching...they could be leaving the vehicle to "cool down"

so i went to the lot in Manga Trace in Aranjuez, San Juan yesterday.
arrived at 915am and left at 12noon.
my B14 was not there, however a couple of vehicles caught my eyes:

P11 wagon (white) with some TE37 rims (bronze) impul kit i think it is
R32 dark blue
TCN navara
TCJ 4X2 Hilux
Yellow Evo 7 (just like madcrix evo7)
RX 7 3rd gen dark blue or black

KE70 sedan
box lancer
lazer hatch
old nissan pick up
so don't say yuh old car wont get stolen

5 alteza's

lots of:
b12,b13,b14,b15,n16,323,corollas,lancers and others

a lot of people turned up; but left with no good news.
only a few people actually got their cars back.
one woman car was stolen at the beginning of the year and she got it back yesterday.

so, I'm still looking.

foss, nope i didn't notice it.
the 323's i saw was more older models

and apparently if the rims not chrome; chances are they will remain on the car.
cause the te37's on the primera wagon surprised me as to why they were still on the car if it was stolen.

oh and in this lot, the cars there are not being scrapped like the ones in sea lots.

From what I've seen the guards in the mall work on the clock with the thieves. After twelve there are usually three guards stationed at the parking lot on the grocery's side. Two men and one woman. The woman stays to the center of the lot on a "radio". At the point where a potential car enters the lot, the woman gets on her radio for some reason, a little while after that a "guntah car" would appear and park somewhere far away from where the rest of the cars are. At that point, one of the male guards would walk up one of the lanes and then down again, but never approaches the car furthest from the group. This is a pattern I've seen three times.

This is y alluh should travel more and use card to do transactions with linx, only money on you is traveling cash. If you get rob worst you get is a cut ass for wasting thief time. Your car home safe and it have less b14 f$%!ing ducking between lanes like is a bloody rally on d highway. I happy, your foreign used car happy and you happy lol

You know I really don't feel sorry for anyone who gets their car stolen in Trincity Mall car park.

You look for that!

I stopped going there over 2 years now.

If you want to risk your car getting stolen in the mall with the highest rate of stolen vehicles in Trinidad then go ahead.

Just don't come and complain after.

You asked for it.
