activated modems? cause when i move to Mt. Dor from St james i took the old modem but got a new one that wasnt connected to my wireless router by the flow techs, so i connected back the old one & got internet for a couple weeks then that modem was disconnected by flow, so i had to switch to the new one- so apparently each one has a MAC address that flow can detect and disable if they see a MAC address that not legit
