well i finally manage to call 223slow to find out what goin on and the CSR said that i was disconnected because i was scheduled to be switched from analog to digital yesterday(wednesday) so they disconnected the analog service BUT........................................
since i dont have the digital line ( which i told them on THE LAST 3 occasions when they scheduled me to be switched over but they still said "No No let the technicians will see to it") they didnt reconnect the analog service. So now the CSR is telling me i will have to remain without service and i will only resume service on the digital platform and i will be given a rebate.
WHY?!?!?!
why they cant resume my analog service seeing that that is the only option i have? why i have to wait for digital when the analog service IS ALREADY AVAILABLE?
because if i waiting on digital since march2009 (7months). who knows how long again i could have to wait?
