Total: 850K
10 yr Mortgage = 10K per month
Interest: 1.5M - 850k = 650K
Profit per month: 2k
OR:
6 townhouses, 3BR, with parking inside, auto gate, A/C: 2.1M
10 yr mortgage = 22K per month
Interest: 1.2M
Profit per month: 6K
