Yellow Honda Civic PCB 6***

little skinny red man who try to steal my headlights and other stuff from a civic @ trincity mall this evening

can anyone give info on this guy? yellow es1 no tint, drop low with chrome rims

oh there's a vid of him...should i post it?

someone ripped off the rubber from roof of my es..

stole the wiper blades...

tried 2 take the small side indicator lights...

took the dust cover from wheels...

all separate incidents.... wuz beginning 2 think only my car considered charity...

after he jump into his car he was followed some wreck less driving took place he almost pissed his pants and had no other choice than to surrender
