any time i open internet explorer, it opens a blank page. what could be the problem?

go in internet options..under homepage..put www.backdoorboys.com then u good to go.

clicking on internet options does not open up any menu. don't know why.

Yea thats usually caused by viruses and spyware.....You can try to eliminate them and see if it works

But most likely you need to reinstall windows
