nokia techs, N82 software problem

my brother has this phone and did some sheit..

i downloaded the nokia software updater...
checked to see if my phone couldve got updated...it cud so i did
it was on v20(and other #s cah remember)
i updated it to version 30.0.016
the problem is wen i try to send a call and text...network coverage completely drops
and i am unable to receive SUM calls and texts also

any help would be appreciated, thanks! 8-)

Re-install the firmware.

re-install the frimware if uh gettin the same problem when u do that den go back to the old firmware u had u was suppose to do a bakup before uh upgrade n it aint rocket science to roll back to the previous firmware.....

gud luck n try not to mess it up more
