The Canadian plane was on the tarmac before the blue and white plane, and had to wait.

The man on the blue and white plane (don't want to alert the software bloodhounds) land and disembark to d beast one time in a matter of 10 to 15 min.

I think that by itself is an embarrassment to any head of state, wait your turn, no driving on shoulder and cutting in front.
