THE GOVERNMENT Campus Plaza will feature a network of underground basements and facilities to allow movement and storage of money, arms and ammunition for the proposed Trinidad and Tobago Revenue Authority (TTRA), construction officials said yesterday during a site visit paid by the Uff Commission of Inquiry.
The TTRA is envisioned as a merger of the Customs and Excise Division with the Inland Revenue. Both divisions of the Ministry of Finance had been carded to occupy separate buildings at the $3.3billion Government Campus Plaza in downtown Port-of-Spain.
