Cable Box Help

well i have an extra cable box and my cousin wants to use it for the while
does flow have a way to track this box and shut it down?..or will it come under my bill?...what occurs..is the original box
what can be done?

boxes are not supposed to be moved from the billing address they are registed too

Independant Cable Network, Trincity needs to cross the Bus Route in a hurry. I called then last year and was given a timeframe by Nov08. this has not happened and a new timeframe needs to be commnicated
