down from a 12 year high of 8.7% in February

what is ours again...?

with all that is taking place in china they still manage to keep inflation below 5%

yet these dumb arses in T&T canot do the same...

13.7% with expected rate of 15% year end, coupled with a minus $70 price in oil ... things really nice and TIGHT! .. say what "we have a gas economy"

LOL...but some some how the chinese doesn't seem to be affected by our high inflation rate. Cause them bringing aunty, uncle, sister, brother etc...into Trinidad :mrgreen: .

and opening up their restaurants. The amount of Chinese restaurants there are is amazing. I saw two new ones opened up and every evening when i pass there is no one in there, car park empty and by 7pm they close.

Something is amiss with this influx of chinese immigrants and with immigrants in general and their overall contribution or lack there of to the TT economy.

work kinda hard to get in china as how the country so overpopulated, living conditions are worse than what they get here in trini. they probably get more for the work they do here than they would have gotten in china doing that same work (basic supply & demand, work force large, work limited - plenty competition for work, you can pay them what you want, if they don't like that, let them leave it & go get a next one)

Min. of Labour assest them first, inspect the work they are going to do and how much staff they will hire etc in order to grant them a work permit. This report then goes to a board of with Min of Foreign Affairs...Tourism etc; and then the chinese are aloowed to bring in their family/friends/workers etc from china.

Allyuh know we inflation rate is 14 point something...it close to 15%.

Nobody ent care????? What wrong with we Government?????????????????????????
