a car has to be tuned for the track, you don't want the boost to come on too hard to cause a loss of traction but enough to use the traction to accelerate right down the track. Speed is notihng without control so I would say a good suspension guy that knows the dynamics and conditions is key. So both people are equally as important. Someone lock this ched please before tomorrow I get up and see a ten pager. Make me a mod for this kinda stuff haha.
