not helpful though - most tertiary inst. offer some sort of disct thru gate if u looking for free tuition, it will only be gov't owned inst. other than that all others offer gate which is utter crap - my advice, if you could go the route of paying thru school out of ur own pocket, that is if you intend on migrating etc cause if you study here using 'free' education or gate you can't transfer your credits if you decide to take up a job in anither country - that's one of the gov't's stipulations for "free tuition" / gate access - to prevent brain drain.
