Question about roll on roll off

If you bring a car older than 5 years though roll on roll off what will happen. They will impound d car??? this may be a dumb question but i just thinking nah. The car is 2002

i was under the impression, for it be a rally car, but it must be street legal, and licensed.
Visitors use V plates, can't remember seeing D plates
