Take a slew of vitamins and some herbal tea or a pill like Ambien. If sleep is not helping, TRUST me, the lag WILL catch up to you within days... find yourself dropping off at work one day...
Ambien is the best thing....once you get a restful 8 hrs, it regulates your body clock to the new time zone. if needed, take another Ambien the following night

ohho...i almost forgot....DO NOT drink alcohol within 6 hrs of going to sleep. it will interfere with your sleep patterns and u will feel worse than ever. besides, it is not recommended to take alcohol and Ambien together
