I have no idea who natty is so heres a nice objective criticism;

clip1) He is the least talented member of the band, steady vocal delivery but the tone and volume are a bit low, not much range or power showing here.

clip2) This is about the same level of talent as someone who discovered music and got their first guitar 3 months ago
