Which Master's degree is the better option?

Postby sparta888 » July 24th, 2025, 1:07 pm

1) Master's degree in Occupational and Environmental Safety and Health (University of the West Indies)

2) Master's degree in Safety, Health, Environment or Occupational Hygiene (SBCS)

The Master's degree from SBCS is IOSH accredited but both degrees are eligible for IOSH membership upon graduation. That's all I really know about the both. Can someone go into detail about both degrees and say which is ultimately the better option to choose?

A Masters Degree is useless with no experience. You would just be flagged as overqualified and your applications shelved. Get some experience for 5 years then see about Masters degree.

If both are accredited, go with which ever cheaper... Shrugs shoulders
