As far as I know you can do an appeal yourself. The firearms appeal board not a court but rather a tribunal so there aren't there same formalities as a court where you'll need a lawyer.

Present your argument and if you gt you gt, if not you can then do a judicial review which requires legal council

A partner who get catch with the 40k was told by a certain Asian dealer that it'll be used wherever racket start back. He supposed to meet with the dealer again soon but he in China atm lol

Well a bribe is one thing....it have to claims to be brought forward there

But for a man whose application was approved via a non-bribed process and now seeking a appeal, 7k is plenty for a failed job, which is now calling for another 2k for legal fees. Seems like a money making scam to me....but i could be wrong

so he was appealing that cuz there was no actual reason, just "denied".
He was told his case had merit and was worth the appeal....but i find the whole ting was sounding sketchy cuz money passed for a few appeal visits but no actual results.
To me it sound like the money climb the right tree to pick a bunch of money...

got a lawyer to write them earlier this year and just received notice his final approval was denied
