It’s a glitch that developed in the iOS version of our app. We have to update the iOS app but we also have some other new features to roll out in that new version. Apple is far more demanding on compliance with apps and updates submitted to the AppStore than Google Play is. Which is why the Android version of our app is more updated.
Soon we should have both versions up to date.

Why does the app move a bit laggy when you try to refresh on the android app?

That's happens when server load is high - it happens on the website too

I get it from time to time but I usually wait a few minutes and then it's fine.

Not sure if it's a server overload with alot of people being on the app at one time.

Web and mobile app been giving trouble since yesterday.
Web version bringing up error message
SQL Error [mysqli]
Too Many Connections [1040]

Mobile just getting a black screen Server High Load

I'm getting trouble with the app on S23 Ultra with Android 15, OneUI 7. If I open the app it closes at the loading screen, once I clear data and cache it opens fine only one time, then the same thing happens again. Already did reinstall, only once open after crashing.

Edit: Once I'm logged in it works normally, without logging in the crash issue

Can you try deleting the app and reinstalling it?

I cleared data and cache and that fixed the issue

I did not have to reinstall

I did that earlier in the week and opened one and the issue happened again, today clearing data and cache works, yesterday and a couple days before after clearing cache and data, same issue, only worked once. So far it works as it should today, would update if the issue persists

Edit: Tested it again without being logged in and same crashing issue, once I'm logged in it's fine

Auto Crashing on Android. Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, Android 15 One UI 7.0
On web, getting a forbidden error using my Brazilian IP. Have to use a VPN to browse the forums.

We currently have a geoblock on some IP ranges from Brazil because of bot attacks - hopefully we can remove it soon.
