I lost chit from shein recently... Ordered some items and FedEx showed delivered with a photo at someone doorstep.. Skybox never received.. Contacted fedex they say check with seller opened a claim submitted all info nothing... Seller say they seeing item as "delivered" so cant do anything... I just got fedup and accepted the loss
