TSTT voice services affected by 'technical issue'

The Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) says that its Networks and IT team is actively working to resolve a technical issue currently affecting voice services.

Customers have reported difficulties with calls between bmobile and Digicel, certain fixed telephone services, and calls to 824-TSTT and *100.

“We are fully committed to restoring services and normalizing calls as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank all customers for their patience and understanding as repairs progress,” TSTT stated.

Lots of PBX systems down like banks. I guess they use TSTT trunks, redundancy is important.

https://bmobile.co.tt/mobile/

We’re Making Data Usage Simpler & More Transparent for You!
No More Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Data – Unlock More Value with Our Prepaid Bundles

At bmobile, we believe you should get the most out of your prepaid credit. That’s why we’re making an important change to give you more value and greater control over your data usage.

What’s Changing?

Starting April 2, 2025, Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) data will no longer be available. Instead, you’ll have the freedom to choose from a variety of affordable data bundles that best suit your needs.

When you top up, the credit will be added directly to your account balance. You can then choose the data bundle that fits your needs, ensuring you get exactly what you pay for, on your own terms.

* PAYG data refers to paying per MB for data usage outside of a bmobile bundle

What’s in it for you?

Greater flexibility—select a data bundle that suits your needs and lifestyle
More value—your top-up will always go toward the plan you choose.
Bundles for every budget!

Our range of affordable bundles can be found here: https://bmobile.co.tt/mobile/

To activate your bundle the following channels are available:

bmobileGo App
In Store
bmobile website – www.https://bmobiletopup.com/
Dial *123# from your handset
We’re committed to making your experience easier, more transparent, and full of value. If you have any questions, call us at 824-8788—we’re here to help!

*Pay-As-You-Go voice calls will still be available. If you top up and choose not to select a data bundle, you can still access Pay-As-You-Go voice calls

*With the removal of PAYG data, mobile data will only be accessible with the purchase of a bundle.

so perhaps they making changes to the plans

Yesterday I went into bmobile and they told me to disable auto renew (they checked my account and apparently my previous plan was still trying to renew but it didn't work) so I disabled it and was able to activate the BMP plan for $65.

bmobile does not have prepaid eSIMs.

I wanted to convert my kid's phone to eSIM since she got a new device, but they said postpaid only.

I said thanks, and walked over to Digicel and got one in 10 mins, but it only took that long because there were a lot of crowds and only 3-4 CSRs walking the floor.

Just curious, why TF bmobile chasing customers.

bmobile website say it is prepaid or postpaid

Is the eSIM available for all customers whether prepaid or postpaid?
Yes, you can purchase a Prepaid or Postpaid eSIM.

https://bmobile.co.tt/kb/esim-with-bmobile/

most of them bmobile agents does be watching their commission tho... prepaid is like dog for them...

Thanks

Yep. I switched to bmobile because of their improved speeds and coverage.

It works way better than Digicel on my Samsung device.

VOLTE works well for me also
