It's normal this time of year from Christmas to Carnival for lower temperatures.

Hmmm where I am at it’s -10 for over a week and will be around same temperature for another week. Should be hovering around 0 this time of the year. Send some Caribbean air to push the Canadian air back please.

It’s always windy when it’s cold

Only realized like a few days ago that the Blink cameras I installed recently also tells the temperatures (only in Fahrenheit though, haven't seen any option to switch to Celsius.).

So far I not seeing any temps in the low 20s for the cameras that externally even for early mornings. Gonna buy a few more ThermPro digital thermometers/hygrometers for home though. I have a few mercury thermometers because for some reason I always liked to know what temperatures were.

I always checking temps too
I have a Phillips hue Motion and Temperature sensor
https://www.philips-hue.com/en-us/p/hue ... 6677570972
seems to be fairly accurate.

I bought my dad a Netatmo Smart Weather Station - he's always checking too
https://www.netatmo.com/smart-weather-station
Was thinking of getting one for myself

There are some smart devices similar to the ThermoPro you mentioned - same screen and readout, just connected to your smart home so you can use it to control ac units, fans etc.

La Niña is officially here

f0affc40-a60b-4acf-b00b-85665e1bd17b.jpeg

La Niña conditions are present and are expected to persist throughout January to March and return to ENSO-neutral conditions in March to May 2025.

La Niña event increases the likelihood of near-normal to above-normal rainfall to occur. Historically during a La Niña event, near-normal to above-normal rainfall amounts would occur within Trinidad and Tobago, but not always. La Niña conditions will likely have a positive influence on local cloudiness and rainfall and therefore, will enhance the strength of local and regional rainfall-generating systems to produce average to above-average rainfall totals during January to March 2025.

For the full La Niña Update (issued 20.08.2021) visit: https://www.metoffice.gov.tt/enso

Hmmmm you are welcome. But If you guys dont send warm air soon you will get cooler mornings. Few years ago I measured 17 degrees on my temp sensor in south around carnival time in Feb.

Don’t complain…..
