What red light?
there was a rather informative video showing where the way some potted plants are put, block the view of traffic lights in the day, and the building behind having lights which flash red blue and other colors making it hard to discern the light
found it

Traffic light take 4-5 seconds to change. Truck had distance and enough time to slow down and stop at the white line... but he didn't cause the accident.
7-seater is an ass to cut in front of a moving truck at a speed just before the intersection with bold white lines endangering lives (especially if he had passengers).

If the truck couldn't stop in time then the driver is not responsible enough to be driving such a vehicle on the nations roadsLes Bain wrote:Looks like the truck man (had CSI speculation here and) decided to run the light cause he wouldn't have stopped in time.
Taxi man looked like he disagreed with the vehicle ahead of him obeying the light so he decided to switch lanes, gunning it to run the light.

Thanks. Trying to work with them but they not cooperating as much without the claim form. Eventually found out we could send the form without the estimate section completed.ProtonPowder wrote:The insurance company should have something to say or advise on that.
