Technically all that is needed is FIU registration

U dont need to join AREA or any other association - it isnt mandatory and it isnt regulated

you need to know the ins and outs of legalities of real estate work and dealing with idiot lawyers and owners and buyers or you will be quickly embarrassed and frustrated
