got notification from ws today for stuff that was delivered on 30 nov

Finally got 2 packages notified via email today by web source that was delivered to their miami warehouse on December 1st, so if each day represents those days in the past for delivery, then tomorrow people will be notified for packages delivered on December 2nd. Going by that logic I'll have to wait till Thursday to be notified by email for a package that was delivered on December 5th.

Allyuh know Customs short staffed and will send 15,000 packages to them?

Money done pay already so easiest thing to do is blame Customs and pull themselves out.

Bout overtime….well duh it’s obvious Customs will stall to make a mint for the Xmas from overtime.

I blame the skybox companies for accepting the business knowing damn well that Customs will have issues.

Normal cost of doing business.

Cheaper to pay the overtime than pay storage fees at the bond.

No they don't pass that on to customers.

this is typical trini behaviour.... criticize and make excuse, but offer no solution

In terms of receiving and logging pkgs in miami

Tropical express does do it literally same day the pkg arrives.

WS taking up to 10days now

But WS bringing to trinidad within 3days
TE taking like 3weeks
