Checo has absolutely no one but himself to blame if/when he loses that seat at RB.. decent race overall with some nice battles in the midfield.. Lando with a hell of a drive.. Lewis as well.. max sublime as usual

Sadly it appears this is the case. He may end his career like Alonso, driving purely for the $$ and not the wins.

Lewis is worth like 300m

He doesn't need the money

I didn’t mean to imply he needed the money…..I was implying that his chances of regaining his prior form at the top of the drivers list are slim (with the Merc performance and the new batch of younger competitive drivers). Therefore, he will only be driving for the $$ with little hope of getting championship 8.

I look at Alonso and think... If Lewis wants to do it he still can but he needs a better car

RB dominance wouldn't last forever. We'll just have to wait till 2026 when the new regulations come in effect to see.

RB dominance this season is an understatement - the amount of records broken is astounding.
Would Max have been able to do it in another car?

unless they bring rules to close the gaps between cars who knows how long the dominance will be for

mercedes had a good run for 5-6 years

Would Logan Sargeant have been able to do it in Max redbull?... probably not.

I don't think so, considering the rest of the pack consisted of only........ (might risk a ban if I say it). Carlos in Singapore was the only non RBR win, that's crazy.

AMR had a good, consistent run out of the gate but they couldn't maintain it with other teams' upgrades.
