That was a hot mess before it even started. Some real suss "partners" who claimed to build things in foreign that they never did.
That was a few months ago. They have gone quiet on that development for now.
Probably trying to figure out new ways to shake the money tree.
In the meantime, hold this Lady Hailes By The Sea.
MAKE SURE, you find out who the builders / contractors are and do due diligence on their CV's.
Looks like an extension of embacadere...ie bandit fodder. Also a great way to ensure sando west moves from marginal to stronghold. Design doesn't look like Luxury apartments.
Proximity to Embacadere is a safety concern.

With prime real estate like that, pnm not going to give it to the Hotspot Development Corporation to create a south beetham.
