As part of that ruling, the judge cancelled the business certificates of Trump and the other defendants in the suit in Manhattan Supreme Court.

It was ordered that within 10 days, the defendants must recommend no more than three potential independent receivers to manage the dissolution of the corporations which the judge has canceled business certificates for.

The judge also ordered sanctions of $7,500 apiece for attorneys who represented the Trump defendants for making frivolous arguments in court filings.



NEW YORK, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Donald Trump and his family business were found liable for fraud on Tuesday in state Attorney General Letitia James' civil lawsuit accusing the former U.S. president of illegally inflating his assets and net worth.

The decision was issued by Justice Arthur Engoron of the New York state court in Manhattan.

James sued Trump in Sept. 2022, accusing him and the Trump Organization of lying for a decade about asset values and his net worth to get better terms on bank loans and insurance.

Donald Trump allegedly revealed sensitive information about US nuclear submarines to Australian businessman/billionaire Anthony Pratt

Donald Trump has allegedly revealed secret information about United States' nuclear submarines to an Australian billionaire, months after leaving the White House.

Anthony Pratt - who owns Visy Asia-Pacific, a packaging and recycling business - brought up America's submarine fleet in hopes of starting a conversation with the former president in a meeting at his Mar-a-Lago residence, sources told US ABC News.

Mr Pratt, who is a Mar-a-Lago member which costs about $USD200,000 and gives him access to the "World of Trump", met with the fellow billionaire in April 2021.

Sources described how Mr Pratt told Trump he believed Australia should buy subs from the US, with the former leader of the free world "excited" at what he heard.

It is alleged he then leaned in to Mr Pratt, appearing to be cautious and revealed the supposed number of nuclear warheads the submarines routinely carried onboard and how close they can reportedly get to a Russian boat without being detected.

There is also a claim the Australian billionaire then told the top secret information to dozens of foreign officials, some of his own employees and journalists.

According to ABC News' report, they include: six journalists, 11 employees, 10 Australian officials and three former prime ministers.

It is not known which prime ministers were allegedly told.

The incident was reported to the team of special counsel Jack Smith who had been looking into the storing of hundreds of classified documents at Trump's Florida home.
