I honestly like how cal jetpak working these days and package being delivered today. I wish customs would give an ease up, cause the money I paying to clear the package is almost same amount that i paid for the package from Amazon.

amazon often uses third party local delivery agents for last leg delivery who don’t have tracking in busy periods

amazon often refunds if no stated delivery after certain number of days
i got a few pkgs refunded like that in december
still showed up a few days late

Majority of my orders coming with a delivery pic now.....not sure if so for others but I guess thats their way of saying no more refunds

afaik only aeropost offers a free service to ship back faulty items

Message amazon directly, they shipped me a dvd player instead of a laptop some time ago, contacted them they said keep the player and they sent me the correct item

They'll do the return but not for free. The return shipping labels Amazon provides are free only within the US.

This is nearly always the case. But, if Amazon fulfilled the international order and shipped it to you, you may qualify for a free return.

I got a defective laptop once,
I liased with a amazon rep.
I fedex it back to them with a return a UPS label
But i paid fedex to send it to the US, cost around 750tt.
Once they recieved it, took about 2 weeks to arrive and get checked and verified etc.
They shipped me a new one and i scanned the fedex bill and they refunded me that payment also.
I had to pay to skybox fees a second time tho.

As an update to the above re being sent the wrong package, turns out I bought from third party scammers on Amazon. Lots of other feedback from other buyers with similar stories as mine. Didn't know they existed.

Their English is bad and they're talking in circles about not being able to return or refund the item as per Amazon policy until I remove my bad feedback I posted on their page.
They however didn't realise they tried to fcuk with the wrong person. I contacted Amazon and will be keeping the laptop and getting a full refund.

Point is,scammers exist on Amazon as well so be careful when purchasing from third party sellers. No I won't be posting their name.

Hopefully Amazon will shut down their account after this. But scammers just create a new one and move on.

If you're keeping/giving away the old laptop, wipe it clean with a format drive because another trick scammers do is to install malware/ransomware and spyware before shipping and then the customer gets hit a second time later.

Paintball guns you need a special license to import. I don't think you can even get that as a regular citizen.
