No response via email for last few months and now emails bouncing.

karma is a beyotch. them used to rob customers and blame it on customs. every flipping time was customs fault and the lady in front always try to discourage you from going customs. it good for blue sky.

Just an update. They are now offerring refunds since past warehouse access is gone.

What do we have to do to get the refund? I am missing items from 2020 that they never delivered and said was stuck in customs

I think the refund is only for items shipped just before the warehouse change. Now they say refund but still waiting on response to sending the original invoices.

I also had missing items a few years ago and they said contact custom. I decided it wasnt worth the time and effort.

Some Advice,

Stay away from this company, we used them back in 2018, it was pulling teeth just to get our stuff.

So much so, I actually went and collected it my self, and still had packages lost by them.

The kicker was, in 2020 they called to say they found it, my child turned 2. I told them sell it

When I used them they operated out a house, people stuff in the kitchen, bedrooms, living room. So your stuff could be in one or all these places
