From Cricinfo:

In order, Scotland has the best NRR in the group followed by Zimbabwe, West Indies and Ireland.

So if all games Friday are washed out, then Scotland and Zimbabwe advance.

If the West Indies v Ireland match is played but the Scotland v Zimbabwe match is washed out, then it'll be the winner of West Indies v Ireland advancing with Scotland.

If West Indies v Ireland is washed out and Scotland v Zimbabwe is played, then I'll be West Indies advancing with the winner of Scotland v Zimbabwe. Make sense?!

SHOCKED! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED!

Didn't expect WI to pull off an upset against Zimbabwe at all. Do we now have a chance of the winning the entire World Cup?

Your sarcasm is so elegant. LOL. Neither did I. We'll have to wait to see what happens on Friday.

In all seriousness hoss I was truly shocked at the results. I genuinely thought that ZIM would've put the final nail on us. WI keep dragging fans along with them to keep watching them in the tournament for more matches further giving them more misery. It's best they had been knocked out today.

Namibia started with that high, beating Sri Lanka and now they are out the WC.
Just couldn't do it against the UAE losing by 7 runs.
NRR wouldn't have mattered once they won.

Tomorrow is WI's turn

WI - 11/1 in 3 overs. Ireland bowling really well. Sleep time!

Thank god these matches playing in the night when i sound asleep. Glad i didn't waste any time watching this sheit. On a positive note, the real tournament starts this weekend, would be watching these matches on replay though, dont think ill be sacrificing any sleep to watch these matches live.

NED, IRE, BAN, AFG & ZIM all made it through and WI couldn't. Signs of the times...

We are in the last of the automatic qualifying spots as is but have played all our games. SL has six games and SA has eight remaining and I can see at least one of the two overtaking WI putting us in the qualifying like this T20 WC.

It would be better for WI to go through qualifying. That way, they won't waste people time with losing 7+ matches. They could come home quicker than that.

NZ bashing Australia.

NZ - 200 /3 (20 0vers)

Australia - 97/7 (15 overs)

WI would have been battered if they had reached this far.
