Had 3 packages delivered to websource last week monday and after liasing with them since friday, they said 2 is still at USPS waiting to be transferred to them and they are unsure about the other one. Not sure if its USPS or websource issue because normally when the tracker says delivered, the next day I get the websource notification that they received it

Tried Jetpak and it was reasonable. Pkg was delivered to Miami on Sept 29th which was when the hurricane was hitting FL. so delays were expected.

You can pay on their website and have it delivered to your address, I chose to collect at Piarco. Had about 4 other customers but was in and out in less than 10mins.

Clothing valued 23usd and weighing 3.5 pounds plus the customs duties/opt - paid about 157ttd total

How long does Jetpack take to log / email that they've received your package? Trying them for the first time and had packages delivered since Monday and no notification received to date. Already a bad start in my book.

one of the issues with skyboxes is that when alot of packages are going to the same address from the same shipper(amazon,ebay etc), they will either drop it off in a container load or truckload at the skybox physical address and the shipper will mark it as "delivered" while the skybox company would have to sort through the truckload of items and then log it as received. which may not be immediate.

also some of them have to send trucks to the local usps address to pick up items


but right now jetpack winning on all fronts

been using them about 3 weeks now...they consistently and quickly delivering within 1 week of it reaching miami

Appreciate sharing your experience but one week is approaching Monday since my first package was delivered and signed for in Miami. No package received email yet. Clearly I won't collect it in that time frame. First impressions are important but I have no choice to leave and let it be at this time

did you prealert it?

if not, email them your tracking # and info , next thing your package sitting there without proper labelling/address and they dont know who it belongs to

Yup, I did. Even the ones that were delivered later in the week. Guess maybe it's a backlog with Prime deals day purchases

those items probably in a shipping container outside caribbean airlines warehouse waiting for them to go through it, while amazon marked it as "delivered"

One of the small wins with Jetpak is that their miami address is a tax free address, your Amazon order is not charged local taxes for delivery like some other skybox receiving addresses.

I had about a 4 day delay between Amazon delivery and pre alert confirmation of receipt last week as well. I guess as the word gets around the volumes ramp up it will really stress test their operations, hope they plan properly for the uptick with new customers and the incoming holiday season.

I’ve used about 3-4 other skybox services their rates are the best bar none.

Jetpak uses a tax exempt freight forwarding Florida zip code. Try switching your address to anything that is outside of those codes. Also, some items cannot ship outside of the US because of manufacturer's restrictions.

Correct, i had a package delivered, took a week before i got the email saying received, and now it says another week to be delivered. On another note, had a package delivered to websource 2 weeks ago and package seems to be lost somewhere because the supplier saying it was signed for and websource saying they didn't recieve anything

spoke to a jetpack CSR today

they said they have an unprecedented amount of items in their warehouse due to delays with hurricane ian the other day that they are trying to clear. remember they do shipping for a lot of the other skybox companies as well

so plenty items in their warehouse have not been logged as yet but once its marked as delivered/signed, its at their warehouse

Anybody can provide some guidance as to how things normally proceed for a lost package? Item was delivered on 3rd october according to tracking, websource saying they didn't receive the item. Supplier says it was signed for. Queried it with USPS since wednesday and no response yet. The supplier told me to get USPS to send a certificate of non receipt and they will open a dispute for me. BUt response from USPS taking long

ive lost thousands of $$$$ in lost packages

where fedex deliver to an skybox address late, and a security for the building or simply someone who was at the desk at that time , sign for the package. skybox say they dont have anyone by that name working there. the delivery logged on fedex website as after they closed. so skybox not liable.

fedex maximum payout was $1000 usd on the package and that take months to get and REAL run around and the package was worth alot more

This was from aliexpress. Its strange because it was delivered with another package, and that package was recieved by websource more than a week later after I queried it. USPS taking long to respond. If I get the required documents that the supplier asking for from USPS the supplier may organise me... sigh...

I haven't used a skybox in years, last skybox I used was probably Ezone in 2013, currently I am using Seabox for my orders which works for me. However, I say lemme give CAL a chance being the new kid on the block just to see for myself if they good as the reviews on here stated. Pre alerted package, package arrived from eBay at the warehouse on last week Wednesday, based on DHL tracking information sent by shipper,no update on jetpak app, called jetpak to get an update as to whether my package was received, count yourself blessed if you actually hold the line long enough to speak with a human, no problem, gave them the benefit of the doubt , probably heavy call volumes. Sent an email, no response up to present time.Dont have a clue whether my package was received by their warehouse staff in Miami. Poor service....

I shipped a set of spark plugs for my friend, shipped same set of plugs recently for myself with websource, so I tried jetpak with his plugs so I can compare charges. Only problem I seeing now is that I assumed that delivery would be during the week so I put my work address. But I'm seeing deliveries happening on a weekend so I'm hoping that the driver calls me early enough that I can meet him at my workplace or arrange to meet him somewhere along the route

So websource seems to be moving faster than jetpak. Websource Miami received 2 packages on Oct 14th and jetpak received one package on Oct 12th. Both items already cleared customs with websource, collected one yesterday and the other due for delivery tomorrow and jetpak one still saying awaiting customs clearance with estimated delivery on oct 21st-23rd
