the same weather account, had vids all over with flood, so the man prolly fed up wait over and over, and went for it.
practically every place that flood today, i was there at some time(today). i left cunupia just minutes before some vids showed it had flood.


the same place the man drive and drong, i had done a vid a couple weeks ago to show how the road getting washed out cause of lack of water course cleaning. i did a vid about the mouth of the cipero river, how its a choke point, bottle neck, causing water to back up more than necessary.


ministry of local govt, need to stop stunting and give the corporations the money to clean the water courses.
