government really screwed up when it comes to PCR testing

if they had simply paid for PCR tests for public servants to do the test privately, you know how much money they would have saved by not making those public servants stay home with full pay for 3 to 6 to 9 to 12 weeks (as it was in the beginning when they couldnt get results)

simple basic things they could have done to not let the economy reach the place it is.

Advantage of rapid test against being tested positive with pcr in later stages..very interesting.
With a pcr.. many people can test positive for COVID-19 for weeks or even months after being infected.
