Amazon returns

Anyone with experience doing this? My skybox doesn't do returns.

In my experience, you’ll have to pay TTPOST / DHL or FedEx. If the item comes in with Aeropost, only then they allow returns

Amazon is the best.

I love them.

T&T could have a item FREE and i would STILL buy on Amazon because of their service.

I am only buying local when the Trinidadian customer service improves….if it never does, then i will never but from them….simple.

maybe if d item is delivered to direct to T&T from Amazon we can get free returns?

Have customers checking us to see if the we will honor the warranty. Hahaha no you buy it on Amazon ship it back! If you hear the kind of sad stories people does hit you like I force them to go amazon, well the 2 or 3 hundred you save there it is .

please buy from suppliers in the us.
Ex: chinese suppliers (items sold on amazon) will send you a return address in china.. That postage is typicaly much more than the item.

You need to ship the item back with FedEx, Amazon would give you a return packaging number pay your money up front an that's it

In my experience a few weeks ago, they sent the wrong thing and when I initiated a return they told me keep the item and a replacement sent
