In typical cases men walk away and learn from the pain. All men must experience this as part of manhood.
In those cases you see on the news, the men were psychopaths to commit that level of violence against a human being anyway. You're asking a difficult rabbit hole question with no simple answers as well. It easy to say well it's just this one thing where men are at a disadvantage wrt to emotional support and generally any help at all in a mostly feminocentric society. There are a lot of clear discriminations against men and nobody ever addresses them ever. But every person is an individual and every person at the end of the day makes his own decision whether to cut off a girl's head or shoot up a school in a fit of rage. We are not talking about how USA drop bombs in Iraq and killed all your family for no reason so you lost everything and seeking revenge. We're talking about weak men who had weak fathers and could not identify and overcome their weakness through education or experience.
Would you do any of that if you got cheated on? Walk away. Learn from it, don't fall for it another time. Learn your self-worth and apply it, rather than let a woman define you.
