Anyone with jetbox International. My oh my. They service has dropped tremendously packages beings delivered monday at Miami warehouse manifested Packages 3 and 4 days after. Taking very long to get packages with them

same with bluesky. got an alert that it reach miami an sign for since 3rd sept and yet to see or hear anything else. idk if them consolidating up there and then tell we they dont consolidate and charge we a set ah money but its 2 weeks and it aint reach in trinidad.

IBC Express is still quite efficient, packages get manifested within a 2 hours of it arriving at warehouse.

Pre-covid I used to get packages 2-3 working days after arrival in miami, now if its arrives in Trinidad mid week, sometimes I get it on the Friday or the next monday due to the customs delays.

I am experiencing significant delay with Websource
Where packages deliver on 11 sept and register in their system on sept 15TH
It is still in Miami warehouse as of today

A next package delivered on Monday has not even been added into their system

Is this the same experience with other skybox companies

If you prealert all your packages they will register it as soon as it hits the skybox. And it will clear customs much faster.

Quite honestly....I can't say i was overly impressed with the savings but then again there were a few variables also

Customs WILL detain it until you get Civil Aviation clearance then you have to take a whole day and go customs bond to get it.

Aeropost estimate is $2,375. Per tyre
Seabox estimate is $1,575. Per tyre

You should be using sea freight for anything with sizeable weight. Weight transport is meaningless to a shipping container, which can be loaded to 25 metric tons each. So the volume of the item is where the shipping calculations go.

Air shipping eats up your money in fuel to get the same item of weight into the air.
