That’s a really difficult questions actually . Everyone varies as the person above mentioned. Probably you need to get an energy monitor or double check that your appliances are in proper shape if you are noticing discrepancies . Thermostats working and such

Same residential rate as above.

For me, I have noticed the cycle varies between 58-62 days.

There was a recent TTEC thread here where a few ppl saw huge spikes in bill. So far mines ours consistent.

Plus $6 per billing.

Some customers were being billed on an estimate of usage by TTEC. The bill spiked when the actual meter reading was used.

The bill lists actual or estimated on the bill. The meter reading is also on the bill. Compare that number to the number displayed on your meter.

Meters have been read remotely for years. Though that does not preclude an estimated bill.

Guys ,

To make it easy for me I do online payment and have set it up to happen automatically each month that way I do not bother with that bill if the bill exceeds the monthly payment every 3 months or so I settle the outstanding amount.

Here you go.

https://www.energysage.com/energy-produ ... -monitors/

There monitors that offer a simple real-time readout, also.

Just a gadget that measures and tracks selected loads in your panel. Consists of a bunch of current transformers that clips around the load wires.

You can also try a Kill a Watt if your needs are few.

can someone rectify an issue for me. if someone has an apartment build (eg a building with 6 residential apts)
how does T&TEC classified that connection? is it residential or commercial? because each apt is residential with people living and each apt is wired as you would a house to live in.

Depends on the total load being taken from ttec infrastructure, so sounds like commercial.

Yea it depends on the load and all that would be after the fact when the landlord applied for a ttec supply. However, in this case there is a residential class for 6 and 7 metered apartments.

The total load determines the type of supply that TTEC provides. The rates are determined by the usage of the individual meter.

Total load determines KVA supply, single/three-phase, on-pole or pad transformer type and size, and customer contribution; assuming that capacity even exists.

TTEC will inspect periodically and modify rate classification from residential to commercial to industrial as they deem appropriate.

My bill this cycle was $100 less than the previous cycle. Place cooler now since rain falling so we've been using the living room ac less compared to the previous cycle

I have a building with a 13 meter panel. The 12 apartments are classified as residential but the utility meter is billed as commercial
