Last I checked, they hve over 40K applications, and processed about 2000 so far.
Once you sent it online, don't worry, they have it. just may take them a LONG time to get to yours.

They moving real slow, I feel as tho by the time this over 90% of those applications gonna remain unprocessed

If you get a Bailiff to evict the tenant without a court order, it will be an illegal eviction.

The procedure:
1. Eviction notice (minimum period of the rent payments)
2. Application to court to order tenants departure (hearing in about 3 weeks and the tenant is usually given 45 days to leave)
3. Bailiff can be called in if tenant ignores order.

Always follow proper procedure to evict a tenant.
