Question: does our local licensing authority allow for two colour paint finishes when registering a vehicle? Love the paint job on the swift.

Yes
They just list the colours, no description of the colour interaction.
Eg. The swift above will read : black and red

Imprezas and Fozzes everywhere on the spectrum, but Legacy's nearly always mostly stock looking for some reason.

Those Work Emotion XD9's are the sh!t. Unfortunately you either need to go fender flares or heavily modified fenders to get them to well, work.

The splitter (under the front lip) is for increased downforce/stability
The canards (attached to the bumper) same purpose, (and some claim to direct cool air toward the brakes according to design)
Spats (back of the wheel well) Aerodynamics, but they are normally paired with flared wheel arches.

the legacy has some good work done to it, body panels, exhaust ect, but the colour and the rims/stickers on the tires didnt do it justice.
