maj. tom wrote:I hearing that for the longest time. The prices are really good. So good that people saying it's fake medicine. Despite that it's the exact same bottles and labels (fake stuff always have flaws that you can spot), exact same efficacy as the same drug that costs 15% more everywhere else, same Min. Health approvals, no lab tests to say otherwise, no lawsuits, no criminal charges for interfering with medicine, etc.
So rather than appreciate how much other pharmacies mark up their prices for profit, those people have conspiracy theories about cheaper medicine. And mind you, Pennywise still making a profit on that lowered price eh. Same story with Pennywise and designer perfumes. I'm sure you heard that one too, especially around Christmas time. Suddenly the conspiracy theorists are the greatest empirical scientists ever, but with no evidence of their false claims. Every year same story because some people don't know how very large business work and how they can keep lower prices, like Walmart. I suppose they recently built that large Plaza in Endeavour, Chaguanas because of "fake medicine," and another in La Romain, and another in Grand Bazaar. Such a lucrative business.
Musical Doc wrote:To spin this a bit, have anyone had any issues with medication from Pennywise pharmacy? One doctor told me don't buy medication from there and a few other people I know was told the same thing by doctors/pharmacists. What could be the reason?
maj. tom wrote:Levo-T® made in PR, USA? Or generic Levocet made in India?
If you submit the same medication to a chemistry lab they can test and compare them (Pennywise vs. other pharmacies) and then you can easily get a lawsuit going and win.

Eutirox, not sure where it's made but the packaging looks exactly the same to what I bought in other pharmacies

I'll do that from now thanks. I'll check mine when I get home
maj. tom wrote:Eutirox/Euthyrox is made by Merck. A huge German pharmaceutical company, so I assume that it's made by them using their very strict standards and controls despite the country of manufacture. However they recently changed their excipient formula (not active ingredient) for that medication with EU approvals. France ordered that they revert to the previous formula because too many patients reported adverse side effects (300,000 persons). Merck did not and now France has stopped its sale there.

I suppose you can use another Levothyroxine Sodium medication of another well known brand and of the exact dosage, with your doctor's approval. Don't be taking any medical advice from Trinituner eh.
