ISUZU Dmax upgrade

Dunno if is possible(actually I have witnessed in foreign,street diesels clocking 10's)...to raise boost,fuel and re-map brain for something extra..........who is competent mechanic/tuner to perform such task?....Or is it possible to swap out factory ECU for stand alone management/use piggy back etc......

we do these mods but the parts aren't cheap
