Volkswage security lug nut key

Good Afternoon,
I own a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta, this morning I got a flat and in swapping out for my spare I accidentally lost my security key.
I have my spare I'm my car atm and need some assistance in having mine swapped for the original rim and tyre that a replaced.
I love in Arima any assistance that can be offered will be appreciated
