Fault codes

Good day tuners, yesterday I got the cogwheel icon next to D whilst driving. Did a scan and got these.
2854-variable valve gear plausibility sensor
2852-variable Valve gear reference sensor
2783-hot film air mass sensor flow.
Does anyone here ever had these codes and what do they mean. It does not throw an eml light. Thanks
