07 c180 kompressor no ignition

Car not starting
No ignition lights
Battery was removed,recharged and reinstalled, still nothing.
Battery was replaced with very recently bought battery with high cranking amps,no avail.
Locks,lights,radio work but no starting.
Help please?

problem could be with the key itself ....may need to be reprogrammed or a replacement
try the spare key
sterling charges $3500 for a replacement key

Just like that it doesn't want to tick over?
Is your immobiliser light solid or flickering?
Have you checked the battery in your key fob?

The problem was the electronic steering lock control unit.

Yessir, the only place to get that particular issue fixed is at the dealer apparently
